How do I enable Active X to allow programs to download?
IE7 may disable ActiveX controls at installation which can cause OMN downloads to fail. You can re-enable this by entering the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer, selecting "Manage Add-Ons" and clicking ‘Enable or Disable Add-Ons.’ In both menus- ‘Add-ons currently loaded in IE’ and ‘Add-ons that run without requiring permission,’ make sure all necessary ActiveX controls are enabled. Especially take note that ‘Secure Delivery’ controls are enabled.
