Why does nothing happen when I click ‘Get Item’?
If you click the ‘Get Item’ button to download a program, and nothing occurs, this could be related to the personal settings of your computer.
- Your security firewall is blocking khost’s download request services. Try toggling your firewall off and see if the problem continues.
- Your ‘My Deliveries’ folder has read-only access. Click on the ‘Settings’ button on the bottom left corner of the OMN client. Click on the ‘Delivery Settings’ tab, and find the "Deliveries Folder" on this tab. Click "Browse" and make sure your selected folder is a folder in which you have both read-and-write privileges.
