If I close OMN window will programs continue to download?
OMN will download programs that you've requested or scheduled when your machine is idle (not busy doing something else) but running. One of the features of OMN is that it detects CPU usage and other usage metrics, and it will 'throttle down' to accommodate this other activity. As CPU or other activity lessens, the OMN program will increase its level of activity again.
